Castello di Verrazzano, located in Greve in Chianti in the northern portion of Chianti Classico, is one of Tucany’s most visited wineries. All of the estate’s 105 acres under vine are farmed organically and were recently certified as such by the Italian government. Gran Selezione represents the highest quality tier in Chianti, requiring the use of only estate grown grapes and the longest minimum aging requirement in Chianti (30 months prior to release).
