The Pillot family cultivates 35 acres of vines across 22 different appellations, centered around the hills of Chassagne-Montrachet. “Les Champgains” is located in the village, enjoying sun-filled exposures mid-slope on the hill 800 feet above sea level. Notes of lemon and grapefruit lead to a round and rich mouthfeel, you can almost taste that sunshine right in the glass.
